Clara Van Gerven is an access technology content specialist at the National Federation of the Blind, where she has worked on tactile graphics, low vision, web accessibility and many other access technology topics over the last five years.
Jared Smith is the Associate Director of WebAIM and has provided web accessibility training to thousands of developers throughout the world. With over 13 years experience working in the web design, development, and accessibility field, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that is used to help others create and maintain highly accessible web content.
Karl Groves has nearly a decade of professional experience in web design/ development and over 8 years' experience doing usability and accessibility consulting. He is currently employed by Deque Systems as Director of Training and has created & delivered training for everyone from developers, QA, content creators and project managers. In addition to his development expertise, Karl is known for his pragmatic approach to accessibility and is focused on providing sensible, high impact solutions to complicated accessibility challenges.
